REWARDS FOR FURNISHING INFORMATION

9.22.010 Payable when.
A single reward shall be payable in the sole discretion of the mayor to any one or more persons for information with respect to a single occurrence as described in this chapter, except that rewards shall not be payable to any town of Brewster employee while in the line of duty. (Ord. 477 § 2, 1987)
9.22.020 Authorized—Amount
There is authorized to be paid to any person who furnishes to the town of Brewster information leading to the judicial identification or conviction of any person who has wilfully or maliciously damaged, injured, destroyed or removed without proper authority municipal property in violation of ordinances of the town of Brewster, a reward in the amount of one hundred dollars.
