COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES

2.32.010 Compensation—Mayor.

The mayor shall be paid a salary of one thousand two hundred dollars per month, effective January 1, 2019. (Ord. 699 § 1, 2019: Ord. 594 § 1, 2009: Ord. 369A, 1989: Ord. 304 § 1(b), 1983)

2.32.020 Compensation—Council members.

Council members shall be paid forty dollars per council meeting attended. Payments to council members for meetings attended shall be made quarterly on April 1st, July 1st and October 1st, or the next regular business day following such dates and on December 31st or the immediately preceding business day. 2.32.030 Compensation—Clerk-treasurer.

The city clerk-treasurer shall be compensated as approved by the city council. (Ord. 560 § 2, 2006: Ord. 304 § 4, 1983)

2.32.040 Compensation—Dog catcher.

The city dog catcher shall be compensated as approved by the city council. (Ord. 560 § 3, 2006: Ord. 227 § 1, 1978)

2.32.050 Reimbursement—Permitted with approval of council.

The mayor and councilpersons shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties with allowance and approval of the city council. (Ord. 304 § 2, 1983)

2.32.060 Reimbursement—Presentation of vouchers.

Vouchers must be presented for such services or reimbursement at regular meetings and allowed for payment as for other city officers. (Ord. 304 § 3, 1983)
