INDECENT ACTS—WINDOW PEEPING*

9.22.010 Public indecency.

A person is guilty of public indecency if he makes any open and obscene exposure of his person or the person of another knowing that such conduct is likely to cause reasonable affront or alarm. (Ord. 254 (part), 1979)

9.22.020 Indecent exposure.

Whoever, being over the age of fourteen years, makes an indecent exposure of his person or of the person of another, or commits any act of lewdness within or visible from any public place within the town limits, is guilty of the misdemeanor of public indecency. (Ord. 254 (part), 1979)

9.22.030 Spying and window peeping.

Every person who wilfully goes upon the property of another to spy upon the occupant of any residence located thereon, or to peep into a window of such residence, or who disturbs the peace and serenity of the occupants of any residence thereon by such spying or peeping, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
