The provisions of title 66, Revised Code of Washington, entitled “Alcoholic Beverage Control,” as amended to and including the amendments enacted during the legislative sessions of 1955, regular and special, are adopted and, by reference, made a part of this chapter. (Ord. 135 § 1, 1955)

9.26.020 Penalty for violation.

A.    Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, including any provision incorporated by reference, is guilty of a violation of this chapter.

B.    Any person who is guilty of a violation of this chapter, and any person who counsels, aids or abets a violation, is guilty of a misdemeanor. If a punishment is provided for by the section adopted by reference which is violated, or counseled, aided or abetted or to be violated upon conviction thereof, that punishment may be imposed as the court may see fit. If no such punishment is provided for, such person, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
