The Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 308-330 WAC, as now exists or as may be hereafter amended is adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of the city of Bridgeport, as if set forth in full in this chapter. (Ord. 509 § 2, 1999)
10.04.020 Speed limit.
It is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to operate the same in excess of twenty-five miles per hour within the town unless the speed is posted otherwise. (Ord. 241 § 3, 1979)
10.04.030 Penalty for violation.
Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, including any provision incorporated by reference, shall be penalized as set forth in the Washington Model Traffic Control Ordinance, as existing or hereafter amended, or applicable state law.
