UTILITY EQUIPMENT FUND

3.430.010 Created.
There is created a utility equipment fund. (Ord. 50-97 § 24, 1997).
3.430.020 Revenues.
The city council will allocate money for the utility equipment fund from the water/sewer fund, the cemetery fund, the city street fund, the current expense fund for parks and the natural gas fund. (Ord. 50-97 § 24, 1997).
3.430.030 Use.
The utility equipment fund is to be used to purchase equipment for the city utility department. (Ord. 50-97 § 24, 1997).
