CRIMES AGAINST MORALITY AND DECENCY1
Sections:
10.28.010 Public indecency.
It is unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in a public place other than a washroom or toilet room or other facility specifically designated and intended for that use. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor. (Ord. 4-93 § 1, 1993).
