DEFINITIONS

16.02.010 Definitions.
Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following definitions shall apply in this title and the codes adopted herein:
“Administrator” or “administrative authority” means the city administrator or his or her duly authorized representative.
“Board of appeals” means the city of Buckley building codes board of appeals.
“Building official” means the director of the building department or his or her duly authorized representative.
“Council” means the city of Buckley city council.
“Executive body” means the city of Buckley city council.
“Fire chief” means the director of the fire department or his or her duly authorized representative.
“WISHA” means Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act. (Ord. 23-98 § 2, 1998).
