SETTING ELEVATIONS

18.44.010 Fee.
From and after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, there is established an elevation-setting fee of thirty-five dollars regarding city personnel setting elevations on any new construction and/or substantial remodeling and/or for such other purposes as may be required under and by virtue of the Federal Flood Insurance Program, which fee shall be paid in advance by the party requesting the city to set such elevations.
