9.16.010 False fire alarms and miscellaneous crimes.

The following statutes of the state, including all future amendments, are adopted by reference:

RCW 9.40.040    Operating engine or boiler without spark arrester.

RCW 9.40.100    Injuring or tampering with fire alarm apparatus or equipment – Sounding false alarm of fire.

9.16.020 Fire plugs – Tampering.

Any person who shall open, close, charge or interfere with any fire plug or hydrant in the city without the authority from the city to do so shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 806 § 3 (part), 1987).

9.16.030 Reckless burning.

The following state statutes, including all future amendments are hereby adopted by reference:

RCW 9A.48.050    Reckless burning in the second degree.

RCW 9A.48.060    Reckless burning – Defenses.
