9.24.010 Assault and other crimes involving physical harm.

The following statutes of the state, including all future amendments, are adopted by reference:

9.24.040 Failure to abide by court order.

It shall be unlawful for any person subject to a restraining order, protection order or no-contact order issued under the provisions of state or municipal laws, to knowingly and willfully violate the terms of that order. Each violation shall constitute a misdemeanor. (Ord. 806 § 3 (part), 1987).

9.24.050 Custodial interference.

The following statutes of the state, including all future amendments are hereby adopted by reference:

9.24.060 Violation of civil anti-harassment orders.

It is a gross misdemeanor to wilfully disobey a temporary or permanent anti-harassment order issued pursuant to RCW Chapter 10.14. (Ord. 833 § 2, 1988).
