(a) The board of Chelan County commissioners does create the “County Alcoholism and Other Drug Addiction Board” pursuant to the provisions of RCW 70.96A.300.
(b) The board of Chelan County commissioners appoints Pat Knox, Ph.D. as chief executive officer of the county alcoholism and other drug addiction program and names the following persons as the first board members pursuant to statute:
