CREDIT FOR INMATES PERFORMING LABOR

1.176.010 Established.
In accordance with RCW 10.82.040, jail inmates shall be permitted to perform labor to reduce amounts owing for fines and costs. The following rates are established and credited to Chelan County Regional Jail inmates that fail to pay fines and costs: fifty dollars per day for inmates that perform labor; thirty-five dollars per day for inmates not performing labor.
