LFO SUPERVISION FEE

1.304.010 Established.
(a) The board of Chelan County commissioners authorize the Chelan County clerk to charge offenders up to one hundred dollars per case, per year for supervising collection of payments ordered by the Chelan County superior court.
(b) Supervision fees should be collected without regard to priority of LFO ordered obligations. (Res. 99-113, 9/13/99).
