1.67.010 Membership—Organization.

The board of Chelan County commissioners hereby reorganizes the Chelan County weed board to a five-member board, with three members from the commission districts within the county, and two at large positions from Chelan County PUD District Position A and B with all other formation of the district and its bylaws to remain in force. (Res. 2008-95, 6/16/08: Res. 86-38-1 (part), 4/22/86).

1.67.020 Compensation.

Board members shall not receive a salary but shall be compensated for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties. (Res. 86-38-1 (part), 4/22/86).

1.67.030 Collection of weed board eradication liens.

The liens held by the Chelan County weed board for costs associated with the eradication of noxious weeds shall be collected by the Chelan County treasurer in the same manner as delinquent real property taxes and bear interest at the rate of twelve percent per year as provided by RCW 17.10.170(5).
