JUMPING OR DIVING FROM BRIDGES

8.37.010 Prohibited.
Jumping or diving from any Chelan County public bridge is absolutely prohibited. (Res. 98-55 (part), 5/11/98).
8.37.020 Violation—Penalty.
Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or confinement in jail or detention for not more than thirty days. (Res. 98-55 (part), 5/11/98).
8.37.030 Signs.
The Chelan County engineer is directed to erect appropriate signing. (Res. 98-55 (part), 5/11/98).
