10.12.010 Plans adopted.
The board of Chelan County commissioners adopts the Chelan County comprehensive plan and land use designation maps covering the unincorporated boundaries of Chelan County excluding the urban growth area boundaries for the cities of Leavenworth, Cashmere, Wenatchee, Entiat, and Chelan, and the urban growth areas of Peshastin and Manson. Said plan will supersede previously adopted plans. (Res. 2009-114 (Exh. 10.12.015 Peshastin urban growth area comprehensive plan.
The board of Chelan County commissioners hereby adopts the Peshastin urban growth area comprehensive plan. (Res. 2009-114 (Exh. A) (part), 10/20/09: Res. 2008-142, 10/7/08).

10.12.020 Wenatchee comprehensive plan.
(a) The board of Chelan County commissioners hereby adopts, in part or in whole, the city of Wenatchee urban area comprehensive plan, associated maps, and appendices, as it applies to the unincorporated portion of the city’s urban growth area.

The board of Chelan County commissioners hereby adopts, in part or in whole, the city of Leavenworth’s comprehensive plan, associated maps, and appendices, as it applies to the unincorporated portion of the city’s urban growth area. 10.12.060 Chelan comprehensive plan.
The board of Chelan County commissioners adopts the city of Chelan’s comprehensive plan capital facilities element, attached to the resolution codified in this section as Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 5, transportation elements and open space elements, attached to the resolution codified in this section as Exhibit 3, and South Shore Rezone, attached to the resolution codified in this section as Exhibit 4, for all of the city of Chelan’s urban growth area including the South Shore except the property governed by the Tuscan Development Agreement referenced in the resolution codified in this section. If or when the Tuscan Development Agreement expires, the property formerly governed thereby shall be governed by the adoptions herein to the same extent as all other property in the UGA of the city of Chelan.
