The system of numbering currently employed in the Revised Code of Washington is hereby adopted as the general system to be followed in designating sections of the Clark County Code, except that the numbers used for subject matters in the Clark County Code need not correspond by number to the identical subject matters in the Revised Code of Washington. Specific numbers in accordance with such system are authorized to be assigned to sections of the Clark County Code as follows:

All sections of the Clark County Code are authorized to be designated by tens according to the plan generally used in the Revised Code of Washington, using the number of the title, the number of the chapter in which the section occurs, and adding the digit “0” to the terminal end of the number marking the position of the section within the chapter.
