2.71.020 Responsibilities.

(1)    The records management advisory board in conjunction with the county records officer shall be responsible for establishing policy and administrative guidelines for the orderly and secure deposition of all public records in Clark County.

(2)    The board shall recommend and review policies adopted by the records officer for the final deposition of all records recommended by the records officer and the agency whose records are being reviewed.

(3)    Furthermore, the board shall advise and review the policies of the records officer as official liaison with the State Archivist in coordinating all activities involving the final deposition of public records. (Sec. 2.71.020 of Res. 1976-06-3; amended by Sec. 2 of Res. 1984-11-75)
