15.12.112.7 Addition of Section 112.7.

A subsection is added to Section 112 of the International Fire Code to read:

112.7 Legal Action. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Clark County Fire Marshal, with the written approval of the Clark County Council, shall be authorized to initiate any legal action in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this chapter, including seeking mandatory or prohibitory injunctions and damages.
