24.16.010 Creation—Membership—Term—Vacancies.

There is created a solid waste advisory commission of ten (10) members who shall be appointed by the board and who shall serve at the pleasure of the board. Following expiration of the initial term of each member, each member’s term shall be for three (3) years’ duration. All vacancies shall be posted within sixty (60) days to fill any unexpired term.
