24.17.030 Administration.

The health officer shall administer this chapter under the authority and requirements of Chapters 43.70, 70.05, 70.08, 70.46, 70A.105 and 70A.110 RCW. Under RCW 70.05.060(7), fees may be charged for this administration. (Sec. 4 of Ord. 2007-10-01; amended by Sec. 2 of Ord. 2025-03-12)
