GRANT AWARD TRUST FUND

3.18.010 Fund established.
The city treasurer is authorized to establish a new Fund No. 109, to be entitled “grant award trust fund.” [Ord. 1275 § 1, 1997.]
3.18.020 Use, funding and expenditures.
The grant award trust fund shall be interest-bearing and will be used to account for federal funds in conjunction with a local law enforcement block grant. All proceeds from local law enforcement block grants shall be deposited to this fund and expenditures from this fund shall be in accordance with the terms of the grant. [Ord. 1275 § 1, 1997.]
