SEWER LINE RESERVE FUND

3.26.020 Fund established.
There is created within the city a new fund to be known as the sewer line reserve fund. [Ord. 845 § 1, 1978.]
3.26.030 Expenditure.
Expenditure shall be made from such fund only for the purpose of sewer line repair, maintenance and replacement, or as otherwise provided by law. [Ord. 845 § 2, 1978.]
