MUNICIPAL BUILDING AND SWIMMING POOL FUND

3.48.010 Fund established.
There is established and created in the office of the city treasurer a fund to be known and designated as cumulative reserve fund for municipal building, construction, alteration, and repair, and swimming pool, into which fund shall be placed such sums as shall be levied annually for the fund, and the moneys shall be allowed to accumulate from year to year until the city council shall determine to expend the moneys in the fund for one or more of the above specified purposes, and the fund shall not be used for any other purpose except in the manner provided by law.
