CITY STREET FUND
Sections:
3.13.010 City street fund.
A fund is established to be known as the city street fund, which is created pursuant to RCW 47.24.040. (Ord. 996 § 1, 2023)
3.13.020 Fund receipts.
All monies received in connection with the state motor vehicle tax imposed and apportioned pursuant to Chapter 46.68 RCW will be receipted into this fund. (Ord. 996 § 1, 2023)
3.13.030 Fund expenditures.
Monies in the arterial street fund shall only be expended for the purposes specified in RCW 47.24.040, as now enacted or subsequently amended. (Ord. 996 § 1, 2023)
