BOARD OF HEALTH

2.35.010 Established.
The members of the board of Columbia County commissioners shall constitute the Columbia County board of health. Jurisdiction of the board of health shall be coextensive with the boundaries of Columbia County, and shall meet as required as the board of health for Columbia County and proceed as provided under RCW 70.05.030.
