TREASURER’S FUNDS

3.120.010 Trust fund.
Whereas monies are deposited with the county treasurer such as stall deposits, restitution payments and other holding monies that do not constitute revenues to county funds, and whereas it appears necessary for the county treasurer to create a trust fund for the purpose of holding these monies until such time as the funds are remitted, refunded or transferred to the proper person or account; therefore the board of Columbia County commissioners establishes a treasurer’s trust fund in the treasurer’s office for the above-mentioned purposes. 3.120.020 Change fund.
The board of Columbia County commissioners establishes a change fund in the amount of $2,000 in the office of the Columbia County treasurer. [Res. 87-08.]
