OPEN SPACE FUND

The Columbia County treasurer is authorized to create a special fund to be titled the open space fund. Any monies in this fund at the end of each fiscal year not subject to refund shall be transferred to the current expense fund. [Res. 73-05.]
3.85.020 Open space program fees.
Whereas the provisions of Chapter 212, First Extraordinary Session, state that certain open space and farm properties may apply for special classifications, and whereas certain administrative costs are involved, therefore the board of county commissioners resolves that the following fee shall apply: $30.00 per application for each contiguous unit.
