GENERAL PROVISIONS

17.80.010 Purpose and intent.
This article describes the process for review and approval of land use applications subject to review under this title. The intent is to describe the framework of the various types of development applications, the criteria and timeframe for approvals. The procedures for review and approval of land use applications are described in the following chapter. (Ord. 1160 NS § 1, 1997).
17.80.020 General provisions.
It shall be the responsibility of the applicant or petitioner to present evidence to the satisfaction of the body or person authorized by this title to hear an application that undue detriment will not result from the requested approval. (Ord. 1160 NS § 1, 1997).
