BONDS

2.36.010 Clerk/treasurer.
Before entering upon the respective duties of his office the city clerk/treasurer shall submit a bond in the penal sum of twenty thousand dollars for the faithful performance of his duties. The premiums for the bond shall be paid by the city of Connell. (Ord. 383 ߧ 1, 2, 1975; Ord. 278 § 1, 1970).
2.36.020 Town marshal.
Before entering upon the respective duties of his office the city marshal shall submit a bond in the penal sum of one thousand dollars for the faithful performance of his duties. (Ord. 278 § 2, 1970).
2.36.030 Police justice.
Before entering upon the respective duties of his office, the police justice shall submit a bond in the sum of one thousand dollars. (Ord. 278 § 3, 1970).
