CHARGES FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT SERVICES

2.68.010 Charges designated.
The following charges will be made to persons requesting and being furnished the following services by the police department:
(a) Taking the fingerprints of a person and furnishing a verified fingerprint card, such charge to be assessed in accordance with the currently adopted fee resolution. (Ord. 906 § 1 (part), 2011: Ord. 472 § 1, 1982).
2.68.020 Payments.
Remittances for all police services and charges shall be made payable to, or paid over to, the city clerk-treasurer or designee and receipts shall be issued in accordance with procedures established by the city clerk-treasurer. The funds will be accounted for in the general fund of the city and budgeted each year for operation of the police department. (Ord. 906 § 1 (part), 2011: Ord. 472 § 2, 1982).
