8.20.010 Definitions.
“Livestock” is defined as cattle, horses, swine, mules, donkeys, sheep, lambs, goats, or other hoofed animal. (Ord. 969 § 5 (part), 2017).
8.20.020 Livestock prohibited.
No person shall own, possess, keep, raise, harbor or allow livestock on his/her premises or property anywhere within the city limits, except as expressly allowed under the provisions of Title 17, Zoning. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in Section 1.04.010. (Ord. 969 § 5 (part), 2017).
