RCW Title 9, entitled Crimes and Punishment, and RCW Title 10, entitled Criminal Procedure, are adopted as the criminal code of the city, insofar as they pertain to and are within the jurisdiction of a city of the fourth class to enforce. (Ord. 283 § 1, 1970).
9.04.015 RCW Title 9A adopted.
RCW Title 9A, entitled Washington Criminal Code, is adopted by the city, and by this reference thereto is incorporated in this code, as if set out in full, insofar as it is within the jurisdiction of a city of the fourth class to enforce and regulate. (Ord. 394 § 1, 1976).
9.04.020 Penalties.
Penalties shall be in accordance with Section 1.04.010 of this code. (Ord. 28 § 3, 1970).
