PEERING INTO DWELLINGS

9.40.010 Misdemeanor.

Any person who enters upon the premises of another for the purpose of peering, peeking or peeping into the dwelling, house or place of abode of another, without the permission, either expressed or implied, of the occupant thereof for the purpose of observing the interior of the dwelling, house or place of abode, or if observing the person or persons therein, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
