BUILDING AND FIRE INSPECTOR

2.21.010 Established.
There is established the office of building and fire inspector for the city. (Ord. 467 § 1, 1976).
2.21.020 Duties.
The duties of the building and fire inspector for the city shall be those duties outlined in the Uniform Building and Fire Code as adopted by the city and codified at Chapter 15.02 DMC. (Ord. 467 § 2, 1976).
2.21.030 Compensation.
The building and fire inspector shall be compensated in a manner to be established by the council from time to time by appropriate resolution. (Ord. 467 § 3, 1976).
