PUBLIC CONTRACT BIDDING1

3.04.010 Procedure.
When it decides to do work by contract, the city council shall advertise for bids in the Davenport Times, which is designated as the official newspaper of the city. The city council shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Such notice shall be published once each week for two successive weeks. (Ord. 718 § 1, 1993; Ord. 275 § 1, 1937).
