SEWER FUND

3.16.010 Created.
There is created and established for the city a fund which shall be known and designated as the “sewer fund.” (Ord. 125 § 1, 1907).
3.16.020 Use of moneys.
The moneys in the sewer fund shall be used and appropriated by the council in the construction of a sewer or sewers or for the repair and maintenance thereof. (Ord. 718 § 1, 1993; Ord. 125 § 4, 1907).
