WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND

3.19.010 Established.
There is established and set up the water capital improvement reserve fund for the expressed purpose stated in DMC 3.19.020. (Ord. 473 § 2, 1976).
3.19.020 Purpose.
The water capital improvement reserve fund is being set up to accumulate funds for future improvements in the water department to be financed through transfer from the water fund, each of these respective funds to be financed solely by charges for services in each department.1
