SEWER RESERVE LOAN FUND1

3.48.010 Established.
There is established a special fund to be entitled “sewer loan reserve fund.” (Ord. 884 § 1, 2001).
3.48.020 Purpose.
All funds placed in the sewer loan reserve fund shall be in said fund as security for DOE Loan L0200 and be present to pay off a remaining balance, as ordered by the Davenport city council. (Ord. 884 § 2, 2001).
