CEMETERY RESERVE FUND

3.68.010 Established.
There is established a cemetery reserve fund for the purpose of reserving funds for the permanent maintenance of the city’s cemetery. (Ord. 666 § 1, 1989).
3.68.020 Source and use of funds.
There shall be placed into the fund, funds derived by a gift from an estate. Those funds shall be invested until used by the city. (Ord. 666 § 2, 1989).
