All of the provisions of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, Chapter 69.50 RCW, or as they may hereafter be amended, are adopted by the city and are by reference made a part of this chapter. (Ord. 453 § 1, 1974).
9.44.020 Violation – Penalty.
The penalty for violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, delineated in DMC 9.44.010, shall be as specified in DMC 1.04.010, the penalty provisions of the state law notwithstanding. (Ord. 453 § 2, 1974).
