10.24.010 Morgan Street between Fourth and Eighth Streets.

The parking of any motor truck on Morgan Street between Fourth Street and Eighth Street is hereby prohibited; provided, however, that trucks may be parked within such area during the actual time they are engaged in loading or unloading; provided, further, that this chapter shall not apply to pickup trucks having a state of Washington license not exceeding 5,000 pounds if such trucks are not so constructed or so loaded that the rear vision of the driver is impaired. (Ord. 276 § 1, 1937).

10.24.020 Morgan Street – Harker and Eighth Streets.

Between the first day of December and the first day of March immediately following, and between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., no vehicles shall be parked on Morgan Street between Harker and Eighth Streets and one block north and south of Morgan Street on Harker, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Streets for purposes of street cleaning. (Ord. 529 § 1, 1980; Ord. 321 § 1, 1952).

10.24.030 Vehicle removal on Morgan Street – Lien.

Whenever any peace officer finds any vehicle unattended upon Morgan Street in such a position as to constitute an obstruction to traffic or to provide a danger to travel upon any public highway, or is unlawfully parked in any prohibited or restricted area, such officer is authorized to provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest place of safety. Any cost incurred in the removal, keeping or storage shall be paid by the owner of the vehicle so removed, and the same shall be a lien upon such vehicle. (Ord. 321 § 3, 1952).
