9.72.040 Possession with intent.

(1) It is unlawful for any person to possess a pressurized container, marker pen, acid etch or any other object capable of defacing property, under circumstances demonstrating an intent to commit graffiti vandalism.

(2) A violation of or failure to comply with this section is a gross misdemeanor. [Ord. 1344 § 2, 2004.]

9.72.050 Graffiti vandalism.

(1) Graffiti vandalism is unlawful.
