3.40.010 Airport use.

The county engineer is directed to issue annual permits for commercial use of each one of the airports, the fee to be two hundred dollars for the plane or planes used by each operator at one location. (Res. CR 72-19)

3.40.020 Law library fund.

The sum of nine dollars shall be withheld from each filing fee in superior court for deposit in the law library fund. (Res. dated 4/19/82)

3.40.030 Open space and farm and agricultural conservation applications.

The board of county commissioners shall establish by resolution a fee for the reclassification of land under RCW 84.34.020(1)(b) or (c). (Res. TLS 04-29 § 1: Res. dated 12/11/78)

3.40.040 Surveys and monumentation.

The board adopts the following fees for recording a public record as prescribed by RCW Chapter 58.09 as follows:

A.    Record of Survey. The size of the record of land surveys shall be eighteen by twenty-four inches and the fee schedule for filing shall be as follows:

1.    Basic fee: first page, twenty-five dollars;

2.    DNR fees, twenty-six dollars;

3.    Centennial preservation fee, two dollars;

4.    Each additional page, five dollars.*

*    These fees are not set by the board of county commissioners. If the entities which establish these fees increase or decrease their fees, the total fee collected by the auditor’s office shall automatically, upon the effective date of such change, be adjusted.

B.    Copies of Record of Survey. Copies of the record of survey shall be provided on request according to the following fee schedule:

1.    Basic fee first page, five dollars;

2.    Each additional page, three dollars.

C.    Record of Monument. The record of monument shall be filed without charge on the standard form prescribed by the Department of Natural Resources, Bureau of Surveys and Maps.

D.    Copies of Record of Monuments. Copies of the record of monument shall be provided on request according to the following fee schedule: basic fee per sheet, two dollars. (Res. CE 91-99: Ord. dated 11/8/82)
