GENERAL PROVISIONS

20.02.020 Purpose.
The purpose of Title 20 is to provide a separate title to codifying the design and development standards applicable to development in Douglas County. (Ord. TLS 97-10-71B Exh. H (part))
20.02.040 Applicability.
This title shall apply to all developments, land use activities and permit applications under the following titles of the DCC:
Title 14 Development Permit Procedures and Administration
Title 15 Buildings and Construction
Title 17 Subdivisions
Title 18 Zoning
Title 19 Environment

20.02.060 Severability.
Should any chapter, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this title be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this title. (Ord. TLS 97-10-71B Exh. H (part))
20.02.070 Definitions.
Words, terms and phrases used in this title are defined in DCC Chapter 14.98 as supplemented herein. (Ord. TLS 97-10-71B Exh. H (part))
20.02.080 Enforcement.
The provisions of DCC Chapter 14.92 shall be applied and interpreted for the enforcement of violations of this title. (Ord. TLS 97-10-71B Exh. H (part))
