Sewage Lift Station Charges1

21.06.010 Imposed.
(a) There is hereby imposed upon owners of schools which require the use of a sanitary sewage lift station, a sewer lift station charge in the amount of $50.00 per month.
(b) Repealed by Ord. 99-646.
(c) The charge imposed herein shall be in addition to and shall be payable in the same manner as other charges imposed for use of the sewer utility. (Ord. 290 §§ 1--3, Oct. 13th, 1982).
