1.08.010 Noncharter code city classification adopted.
The town of Elma hereby adopts the classification of non-charter code city while retaining the plan of government currently utilized. (Ord. 577 §1, 1976).
1.08.020 Effective date.
The classification change described in Section 1.08.010 shall take effect upon the filing of a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this section with the office of the Secretary of State of the state of Washington. (Ord. 577 §2, 1976).
