LIBRARY FUND

3.44.020 Account representation.
3.44.010 Established.
There shall be established a special account within the general fund of the city’s budgetary process which shall be entitled "library development, construction and equipment fund". All moneys received from any source whatsoever, whether by appropriation, gift, grant, or otherwise which may from time-to-time be received for any and all purposes relating to the design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of the library and any and all other purposes or activities reasonably pertinent to such activities and project shall be deposited in this account. (Ord. 868 §1, 1990).
3.44.020 Account representation.
The account shall be represented within the city budget by such BARS numbers as may be assigned to it by the clerk-treasurer, both as to a revenue account and an expenditure account. (Ord. 868 §2, 1990).
