CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE, HARASSMENT AND STALKING

9.42.010 Violation of orders issued pursuant to RCW Chapter 10.14.

Any respondent who wilfully disobeys any civil anti-harassment protection order issued pursuant to RCW Chapter 10.14, as now existing or hereafter amended or succeeded, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor. (Ord. 1001 §1(part), 1999).
